If you have an Android phone and you think it’s very sad that Hulu has not launched anything for your device as a full-grown and working application, then don’t be anymore. Why do I say that? Well, it’s because Hulu has now finally launched an official Android application just for you. The only problem with this release is, that Hulu has like its counterpart Netflix, yet again released an app that is restrictive by its nature. The Android app is workable on only some Android phones thus leaving many of them without it.
But we are here to make all you Android-users happy. Just like an Android user had found a hack for the Netflix app, this time yet again a user has come out with a hack for the Hulu app. After having hacked into the app, he could get a playback content on a NOOKcolor running CM7, but not on his OG DROID. This hack is a big YMMV hack so it might not work on all Android devices. So don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t work for you because there are many developers who are working constantly to upgrade the system and get something that is equally workable on all Android devices.
Netflix app was hacked after some time and is now readily workable on all Android devices. Similarly there are constant efforts by fellow developers to find a way out. There are instructions on the link below to find out about how to try getting Hulu app on your Android: Channel Android.
