If you have encountered an issue of Web pages not opening on your mobile phone, you must check if the net connection has been turned on or not first. Turn on the Wi-Fi connection or enable the 3G or GPRS network by selecting the Packet data services option. But, in spite of having the net connection enabled, and you still have issues in getting connected, you must then consider clearing the browsing history, cache memory and form data also. By doing so, the internet connectivity would be activated to proceed further with the browsing.

Procedure

Each of the procedures is explained individually:

Clearing the Cache Memory of the Browser

1. Open the Browser application from the Android phone.

2. Navigate to the Menu > More > Settings menu.

3. Select Clear cache option and then click OK.

Clearing the Browser History

1. Open the Browser application from the Android phone.

2. Navigate to the Menu > More > Settings menu.

3. Select the Clear History option. With this, all the browser data, cache memory and form data would get erased.

4. Click OK.

Clearing Browser Form Data

1. Open the Browser application from the Android phone

2. Navigate to the Menu > More > Settings menu.
5. Select the Clear Form Data option.

6. Click OK.

Clearing Browser Cookies

1. Open the Browser application from the Android phone.

2. Navigate to the Menu > More > Settings menu.

Follow each of the procedures mentioned above and then you would be able to browse the internet without any connectivity issues.
